Diarrhea Strikes!

I was supposed to be in the rural homestay by now.  But on the day that we were set to leave (two days ago) I became pretty ill.  Bad diarrhea, dehydration, weakness, aches, I was pretty sick.  I was getting worse and worse, and when the instructors found that I had a fever, they said I should stay back a day or two to rest up.  Which I didn't have any problem with.  Mark (one of the instructors) stayed with me, and we stayed at the instructor house.  I was in a pretty bad way, but the doctor they called said it sounded like travelers diarrhea, and I just needed to drink lots of water and ride it out (with the help of some mild antibiotics and good ole ibuprofen).  And today I am feeling loads better.  I think in another day or so I should be 100%.  Tonight I will be getting on the sleeper bus to the rural homestay to meet up with the rest of the group, and I am pretty pumped to be with everyone again.
